With a purchase from € 15,000 we fly you in free of charge for a visit to our showroom in Warsaw. There you can see the Bizzarto collection and make it a great weekend trip to modern Warsaw. On request you can also choose one of the other showrooms in Poland.

- Your questionYou tell us what you are looking for: using the form, by phone, via WhatsApp or by designing your furniture in the 3D configurator.
- Complete adviceA Dutch interior consultant helps you choose the model, dimensions and fabric, and also thinks along about how you will use it, your household, the options and the firmness of seat and backrest. With style advice that suits your interior. That way everything is in place to prepare a quotation.
- QuotationYou receive a clear, tailor-made quotation with your model, the dimensions, the fabric and all chosen options. Your interior consultant discusses it with you and adjusts it if you would like to change anything. Until you accept it, everything is without obligation.
- Showroom in WarsawOnce you accept, with a purchase from € 15,000 we fly you in free of charge to our showroom in Warsaw. There you see your model and choose the fabric, the colour of the base, the materials and the options. You can also choose a different model, so your quotation can still be adjusted.
- Fabrics at homeWith a smaller purchase you receive the fabrics at home: the sample box, a large box of fabrics on loan that you send back free of charge with prepaid postage.
- Deposit and productionOnce you have made your final fabric choice, you receive the invoice and pay a 50% deposit. Your order is placed for production and within 6–8 weeks your furniture is made by hand.
- Delivery dateWhen your furniture is ready, you receive a message with the planned delivery date. Delivery follows within 2 weeks.
- Final payment and deliveryOnce the date is planned, you pay the second part of the invoice. Your furniture is then delivered and installed at your home, with serial number and certificate.

Furniture making has a long tradition of craftsmanship in Poland. Some 200,000 people work in the furniture industry, at more than 32,000 manufacturers. After China, Poland is the largest furniture exporter in the world, and about 30% of all upholstered furniture made in the EU comes from Poland.
Bizzarto carries on that tradition: every piece is made by hand in our own furniture manufactory near Poznań. 100 highly experienced, skilled craftspeople work here, and for 15 years we have been making high-quality sofas, chairs and other furniture here.

When can I reach the advice desk?

Can I see and feel the fabrics first?
Yes. Request the sample box: you look at the fabrics at home, in your own light, and send the samples back afterwards. You can also have an interior consultant visit you at home.
Can I visit a showroom?
Our showroom in Rotterdam opens soon. Sign up for the newsletter and you will be the first to hear when we open. In Poland you are welcome in 5 showrooms: in Warsaw (Domoteka and Homepark Janki), Poznań (Łowęcin), Gdańsk and Katowice. You visit the showroom with a Dutch design consultant who lives and works in Poland. With a purchase from € 15,000 we fly you in free of charge for a visit to our showroom in Warsaw, or on request to one of the other showrooms. The custom-made furniture of Koots, the custom design division of Bizzarto, can be seen in our furnished design penthouse in Warsaw, together with a Dutch design consultant.
Can I design my furniture myself?
Yes. In the 3D configurator you choose the shape, size, fabric and colour and immediately see your furniture in 3D and to scale in your room. You reserve your design without obligation, after which an interior consultant contacts you.
