In Acapulco, Bahama, Benz, Siesta, Vino, Nice and Rodos the modules are not fixed together, and Neo’s modules can also be separated at any time. So you change the layout whenever you like.

A lounge set is a low, comfortable outdoor seating combination, usually a sofa or corner sofa with an armchair or pouf. A modular lounge set consists of separate modules that you combine into a straight sofa or a corner layout yourself, and rearrange later.
Bizzarto offers eleven lounge sets: nine modular collections and two fixed sets, Goa and Ibiza. In most sets the modules are not fixed together. When guests arrive, you pull them apart for extra seats; when you fancy a change, you give the set a new shape. Just as with our modular sofas for indoors, you decide the shape and size yourself. The right size
Which lounge set fits your terrace?
Start with the space, not with the set. Measure the terrace or the part of the garden where the lounge set will go, check where people walk and how many usually sit there. Keep enough walking space free outdoors too; we recommend at least 90 cm.
- Smaller terrace: Wave was conceived for smaller gardens and terraces; the low pouf table takes the place of a coffee table. Siesta has narrow seat modules and is lightweight, so it is quickly moved.
- Stretching out: choose a chaise longue, 108 × 160 cm in Benz, 112 × 171 cm in Acapulco, 101 × 184 cm in Neo and 105 × 185 cm in Bahama and Nice.
- Plenty of guests: pull the separate modules apart for extra seats. A pouf, or one of Acapulco’s movable sides placed on the ground, adds another seat.
- Large garden: Neo is a generously proportioned piece that needs a little more space; Bahama and Nice have seat modules of 105 × 105 cm.
In the 3D configurator you enter the dimensions of your terrace. You see the lounge set to scale, with the walking space that remains, and get a warning if the layout is too large.

Why choose a modular lounge set?
A modular set changes with the season, your guests and your taste. These are the possibilities.
With or without sides
Bahama, Nice, Vino and Rodos can be built with or without sides, or with an armrest at one end and an open end at the other. Siesta can be finished with sides or left open.
The pouf
An extra seat, and in Vino and Rodos also a table or a seat extension. With Ibiza you push the pouf against the seat to stretch your legs; with Wave a low pouf table replaces the coffee table.
Your own fabric combination
One colour for the whole set, related tones or deliberate contrast. With Siesta you choose a fabric per module, also with a thick piping in another colour; Vino and Rodos also come in patterned outdoor fabrics. Their small scatter cushions are available separately.
Quality on the inside
Quality you can’t see, but can feel.
The real quality of a lounge set is something you cannot see. What you see and feel is the fabric and the beautiful design. What decides whether the set still looks just as good after years outdoors lies underneath:
- The frame: dimensionally stable polystyrene in Bahama, Nice, Vino, Rodos, Siesta and Ibiza. In Bahama, Nice, Siesta and Ibiza all components are weather-resistant.
- The upholstery: in Neo, Goa and Ibiza, among others, outdoor fabrics of the kind also used on boats and yachts: water-repellent, colourfast, resistant to UV radiation and temperature changes, with an antibacterial and mould-resistant finish.
- The details: stainless steel legs on Ibiza, metal parts on Goa and low black PVC glides on Bahama, Nice, Vino, Rodos and Siesta.
- The handwork: Benz was designed exclusively for Bizzarto and is made by hand in Poland.
Our indoor furniture follows the same principle: no chipboard, but thick wood, plywood and steel, springs, high-quality foam in the seats, including memory foam, and moving parts made for daily use. Design & advice
From design to delivery.
In the 3D configurator you put together Acapulco, Bahama, Benz and Wave module by module; Goa, Ibiza and Siesta are in there too. If your favourite is not among them, your interior consultant will help you further.
You save your design without obligation and a Dutch interior consultant gets in touch. After complete advice we prepare your quotation and discuss it with you. Once you accept, you choose the fabric: with a purchase from € 15,000 in our showroom in Warsaw, where we fly you in free of charge; with a smaller purchase you receive the fabrics at home in the sample box (a large box on loan that you send back free of charge). After your final fabric choice you pay a 50% deposit and your lounge set is made by hand, in 6–8 weeks. You then receive a message with the planned delivery date and pay the second part of the invoice; delivery and installation follow within 2 weeks. Questions about lounge sets
What is a lounge set?
A lounge set is a low, comfortable outdoor seating combination, usually a sofa or corner sofa with an armchair or pouf. With a modular lounge set, such as Bahama, Benz or Wave, you put the layout together yourself from separate modules.
Which lounge set is waterproof?
Nice and Rodos are fully waterproof. Benz, Ibiza, Wave and Neo come in both a waterproof and a quick-drying version. Acapulco, Bahama, Goa, Siesta and Vino are quick-drying: the water drains through the fabric and the seat is dry after about an hour in the sun.
Which lounge set suits a small terrace?
Wave was conceived specifically for smaller gardens and terraces, with seat modules of 68 × 90 cm and a low pouf table that takes the place of a coffee table. Siesta also has narrow seat modules, of 65 × 90 cm, and is lightweight and easy to move.
Can a lounge set stay outside in winter?
Yes. Acapulco, Bahama, Benz, Goa, Siesta, Vino, Nice and Rodos withstand strong sun, rain, snow and temperatures down to -23 °C and can stay outside in winter too. Ibiza and Neo can also stay outside all year round.
What is the difference between Bahama and Nice?
Bahama and Nice share the same construction and dimensions, with modules of 105 × 105 cm. The difference is the technology: Bahama is quick-drying, Nice fully waterproof. The same applies to Vino (quick-drying) and Rodos (waterproof), with modules of 95 × 95 cm.
How do you recognise a high-quality lounge set?
By what lies beneath the fabric: a frame that keeps its shape, such as the polystyrene of Bahama, Nice and Vino, outdoor fabric that does not fade and has an antibacterial and mould-resistant finish, and weather-resistant components. Also ask down to which temperature a set can stay outside: with many Bizzarto sets it is -23 °C.
